- 500ml Rude Health Ultimate Almond Milk
- 2tbsp Almond Butter
- 2tbsp Coconut Palm Sugar
- 1 and a half tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Quarter tsp Ground Ginger
- Seeds from 1 Vanilla Pod
- In a small bowl, whisk together the almond butter and 100ml of the almond milk until smooth and silky.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix together the almond butter mixture, the remaining almond milk, coconut palm sugar, ground cinnamon, ground ginger and the vanilla seeds.
- Stir constantly until warm. Do not bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat. Serve in 2 mugs and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
